Identifying and Classifying Polygons

• I can identify and classify 2d shapes/polygons by their attributes (angles, side lengths, line types)
• I can compare and contrast polygons
• I can describe the hierarchy (family tree) of triangles and quadrilaterals

Converting Units of Measure

• I can convert standard ("American") units of length (inches, feet, yards, & miles) using conversion rates
• I can convert standard ("American") units of liquid capacity (gallons, quarts, pints, cups, fluid ounces) by drawing a diagram
• I can convert metric units (meters, liters, grams) by multiplying and dividing by powers of 10
